Role Overview: The Help Desk Support Analyst will handle technical support requests for internal employees. Responsibilities include documenting requests, following up on open tickets until resolved, and assisting with various IT tasks and projects. This is a full-time, onsite position at the Fond du Lac corporate office.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues within established SLAs.
Respond to calls, emails, and walk-up incidents promptly, escalating when necessary.
Document and track resolutions for all support requests.
Install, repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot technical equipment, including imaging PCs.
Configure, modify, and update user access to both on-premises and cloud systems.
Track assets across multiple inventory systems.
Manage the MDM for all Apple iOS mobile devices.
Assist with project work.
Perform other help desk duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite.
Familiarity with iOS for mobile device management.
Experience managing and supporting cloud-based technologies.
