Overview
We seek dedicated, hardworking Truck Drivers and Construction Laborers to join our team.
Between twenty and 40 percent of a typical day is travel.
The ideal candidates will assist in various on-site tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires reliable and timely attendance, a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of sites.
Truckers will operate an on-board computer system that delivers the products.
Operate skid steers safely.
Learn and follow procedures regarding safety and efficiency.
Follow MSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete work according to specifications.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
Qualifications
Candidates who have or obtain a CDL Class A or B with tanker and Hazmat endorsements are on a higher pay scale.
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of safe equipment operation is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge to assist with basic repairs and maintenance of equipment.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong physical stamina, capable of performing strenuous tasks for extended periods.
Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety regulations, particularly MSHA standards.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
