Shop Foreman (Eau Claire)
compensation: Starting pay: $18 to $22 based on experience.

RJP Company, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Shop Foreman.
Required Abilities:
Communicate positively with supervisors, vendors, and coworkers to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Will be required to perform repairs, up fitting, and pump/lift work on an as-needed basis.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion and repetitive lifting will be necessary in many capacities.
Operate trucks, trailers, and equipment requiring a standard valid Wisconsin Driver’s License to deliver and move equipment. Must have minimal moving violations or revocations.
Keep and retrieve maintenance and repair data on equipment.
Track status of equipment waiting maintenance, delivery, or retrieval.
Cleaning all aspects of equipment and use of equipment including areas where employees have worked and have left job site.
Must maintain a positive demeanor and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency.
Instruct and train coworkers in proper equipment maintenance procedures, procedures, and job safety.
Prepare various work-related written reports and schedules.
Report work status and challenges to the Ownership or higher-level management.
Written communication on repair orders to exchange information. Report progress during the course of repair work.
Plan, organize, assign, and coordinate work activities needed for Job requirements ahead of time.
Plan, clean, and organize warehouse for efficiency and help develop a system of tracking equipment and materials closely.
Diagnose and resolve operational problems on a variety of equipment and resolve other day-to-day work-related problems with a positive attitude and energy.
