Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards through thorough inspection and adherence to regulations.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Collect sample parts and measure them according to an inspection procedure.
2. Record inspection results in an SPC software package and evaluate whether the parts are acceptable.
3. Review internal procedures and conduct process audits to ensure procedures are being followed.
4. Know, understand, and follow pertinent company/plant procedures, rules, and policies. Attend trainings, as required.
5. Keep work area/equipment clean and orderly.
6. Communicate effectively with personnel from all departments, vendors, and customers as necessary.
7. Maintain organized records, logs, and samples.
