We're looking for General Laborers to help create, package and ship products while supporting production goals in a safety-minded environment. These roles perform duties throughout the Production department based on business needs.
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM and Friday 5:30 AM - 11:00 AM
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM and Friday 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 4:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Duties Include:
Prepare work centers to meet production schedules and quality standards
Support machine operators and line leads to ensure smooth workflow
Move materials within or between workstations to meet operational needs
Scan work orders and complete paperwork accurately as required by OTJ training
Perform inspections and ensure products meet quality standards; send defective products for rework
Clean and prepare products for shipment, removing dust, dirt, glue or other substances
Assist with material handling to maintain continuous production
Report issues or problems to area lead or supervisor
Make recommendations to support a lean and efficient manufacturing environment
Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts and during designated cleaning times
Use hand tools safely and effectively
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a secure work environment
Strong verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Capable of working independently while meeting productivity goals
Dependable and punctual, consistently reporting for scheduled shifts
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve workplace issues
Flexible and adaptable, supporting team goals and shifting priorities as needed
Physical & Mental Demands:
Standing for the working hours of each shift, 10 + hours daily. Walking in the Production department to different areas of work. Speaking, hearing, seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools. Regularly lift 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift. Team-lift as specified by leadership.
Working Environment:
Indoor working environment, hot in Summer, temperature controlled in Winter. Moving machinery, i.e. forklifts, moveable cards, etc. Uneven ground where cart tracks are identified. Air quality may be dusty and potentially require additional PPE in certain areas. Sound level below 85 decibels except in areas specified as requiring hearing protection.
