Property Investor looking for Maintenance/General Laborer for a variety of jobs on 40 plus rental properties in the Eau Claire area. Duties will include but not limited to: interior and exterior painting, deck staining, carpentry, hardwood floor refinishing and floor installation, lawn mowing, brush cutting and misc. yard maintenance. Other duties will be assigned based on experience and expertise. Would work directly for the owner. Flexible hours.
