80 cow organic dairy looking for milking help and other chores would be available for more hours as well here and there. Milkings are about 4 hours and pay is negotiable and based on experience and how good of a job you do. If you can drive a skid steer would be a plus. Start 6am for morning and 6 in the evening. We can adjust milking time a little. Looking for one full time or 2 or 3 part-time. Experience is preferred but we will train anyone the way we milk. There will be scheduled time off and have to work weekends and holidays but not all. Need to have at least one reference from prior employment.
