As assistant manager you will be responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the bar and food service. You will be in charge of the direction, supervision, performance, training, and evaluation of all positions within the business. You will strive to exceed guest expectations and provide the highest level of service, build and maintain healthy business relations with customers ensuring high customer satisfaction; establish systems/ procedures thereby contributing in a major way towards growth and profitability levels; supervise and maintain inventory of stocks in the bar & kitchen; daily money handling and scheduling; plan and execute monthly events; drive social media; and ensure that the business is run in compliance with all company policies.
1+ years of food & beverage experience in a hospitality supervisory role or equivalent experience. Needs to possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and be trained in the entire bar & kitchen department operations. 30+ hours a week, mostly day hours. Must be available Fridays (required)
