Tractor Central, Western Wisconsin's premiere John Deere Agriculture and Turf dealer, is seeking a Service Manager for our Menomonie location.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Service Department operations
Knowledge of our industry
Understanding of both John Deere and competitive products
Flexibility to work extended hours
Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate and be a team player are vital skills for this position
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all service operations within the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction
Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to department employees according to their skills and knowledge
Assist with the development and training of service personnel and completing performance reviews
Communicate, enforce and monitor department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor service sales on a monthly basis to ensure achievement of budgeted sales/profit goals
Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to customer billing
Manage recruitment and staffing needs for the service department
Other duties as needed and assigned
