Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: 1640 Western Avenue Cumberland WI 54829 US (Onsite)Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMDuration: 04 Month’s ContractPay Range $22.00 to $24.50/hr.We are looking for a “Maintenance Technician” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.Job SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing industrial systems, equipment, and building systems. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing potential issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services team.Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and perform necessary repairs.

Assist in the installation and modification of building systems and equipment.

Manage and track work orders, ensuring timely completion using available tracking systems.

Ensure building systems are operating efficiently, supporting energy management initiatives.

Inspect existing installations for compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Use standard procedures to address straightforward issues and communicate information clearly and concisely.

Deliver outputs by following detailed methods, processes, and tasks under close supervision.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a diploma.

Ability to meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads (50+ lbs).

Capable of following work routines and standards in job applications.

Proficient communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and a curious, problem-solving mindset.
