Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a remote Global Benefits Manager to support a client in the Talent Acquisition Solutions industry. We are looking for someone who can start a new role immediately. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing benefits programs across multiple regions. This will include overseeing the design, evaluation, and delivery of health, retirement, and wellness programs to meet the needs for a global workforce.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Designing and implementing a global benefits strategy
Tailor benefits to specific needs or each region
Analyze market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure programs are compliant.
Oversee and manage the global benefits budget, working closely with Finance

5+ years of experience in benefits administration and management
Experience in a global benefits role
Experience supporting large scale organization benefits
-Proven track record of designing and managing complex benefits programs.
Technical aptitude, working with HCM platforms - Experience with Dayforce null
