As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the front line for our sales efforts, actively seeking and engaging prospects through our various outreach channels. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, assisting the company in achieving our revenue goals.Work Location: This role is remote for candidate based in the US only

Specific requirements: Experience in Lead Generation, Prospect Sourcing, Inside Sales, or similar function is preferred.Duties and Responsibilities:This individual generates new interested and qualified sales leads through networking, targeted campaigns, social media, cold calling, and various other forms of outreach. They educate and nurture sales leads to ultimately schedule prospect meetings for our sales team.Outbound ProspectingProspect against a named target list or industry/geographic segments as assigned.Identify and engage contacts that fit Cielo's Personas within our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).Monitor buying sign behaviors using sales and marketing tools including but not limited to Marketo and 6Sense to prioritize and tailor outreach strategiesLeverage all available methods of communication for sales outreach (phone, email, text, social media).Work with sales partners to identify best approach for initial meeting with new prospect.Schedule meetings with newly identified contacts for sales partners.Design and update email flows using Groove.Inbound InquiriesManage inbound inquiries; distribute to sales partners based on Cielo ICP & Personas.Disposition of inbound leads not mapped to an ICP.Knowledge GatheringUpdate industry Market Maps and use sales data to identify potential prospects.Capture and report out on competitive intelligence or market trendsTake feedback from sales partners and use it to refine targeting process.Data ManagementUpdate Salesforce (create accounts and contacts; update details on existing records).Work with Salesforce support team to identify gaps in database.Marketing EventsProvide pre and post event support in coordination with marketing.Assist with sending invitations through outreach channels.Attend exhibitions and trade shows as requested.
