Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining our company’s reputation for excellent service.Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Continuously improve through feedback and training.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven customer service experience, preferably in email support.

Excellent written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
