Description We are in search of a proactive Help Desk Analyst to join our team in the Application Service Provider industry, situated in Beloit, Wisconsin. The role involves providing efficient customer service, managing ticketing systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service to customers, addressing their inquiries and issues promptly and accurately. Utilize ticketing systems effectively to track, prioritize, and resolve customer issues. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications to support and troubleshoot issues. Implement basic troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve technical problems. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient workflow. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continually improve service delivery. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily duties. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure understanding of issues and solutions. Continuously improve technical skills through self-learning or training opportunities. Assist in other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the help desk. Requirements Minimum of one year experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position Proficiency in using ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft products Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for common technical issues Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Good understanding of application service provider industry is a plus Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
