We are primarily a landscape and lawn care company however we also have a sister company selling materials and industrial equipment online that has been growing over the last 10 years. Unlike other landscape companies who frequently do not have work between seasons or during bad weather we have work year round for the right canidates. We do not layoff or send employees home typically if the weather does not cooperate for landscape or lawn care work. We then switch focus to work to assist the other business for the rain day or for the off season.
Supervisory, Bidding/ Management positions available to the right canidates.
Shop, Handyman & Equipment Maintenance work also available to canidates with the right skillset.

We also repair, maintain much of our own equipment.
For all experianced/management/bidding positions, a good valid drivers license will be a requirement. All potential and current employees in driving positions MUST have AND maintain a good driving record that will not impact company insurance negatively. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record to our insurance carrier that does not affect our ability to insure that employee or ability to afford to insure that employee. Failure to maintain an acceptable driving record for our insurance carrier can lead to potential demotion from positions that require driving and it will likely affect advanced pay and could lead to loss of position.
Typical Hours: 6/8:30am - 3/6pm Monday - Friday Some weekends
Hours may vary on weather and workload at times.
Basic Required Qualifications For basic positions to apply (based on job applying for):
- Hands on, fast paced, hardworking, physical shape to handle the work
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Operate hand held power equipment.
- Motivated for high quality, attention to detail, types of projects
- Dependable, On-time, Trustworthy, Honest, Team Player
- Must have solid references

ADVANCED SKILLED LABOR POSITION PLEASE SEE BELOW - Experience and qualifications from the list below will likely increase starting pay based on number of skills and experience you have.
SKILLED WORKERS OR FORMAN(lead) positions will be skilled in multiple areas listed below or other areas that compliment the type of work we do and may make greater income opportunity. Experience and competency for foreman lead type positions are required (or willingness to learn from a starting position ):

- Valid Drivers License
- Possibly Valid CDL
-Experiance and ability to do handyman work.
-Experiance with light equipment maintence, electrical, mechanical knowledge
- General Construction knowledge, reading levels, blueprints etc.
- Ability to supervise a 2-4 person crew
- Ability to track job materials and hours
- Ability to foresee the needed equipment and materials for the days job load
- Ability to read a plan and implement
- Knowledge of landscape construction and techniques
- Knowledge of Concrete and Concrete construction technique and finishing
- Hardscape installations knowledge (retaining wall, patios, walkways)
- Use of medium duty or Heavy duty construction equipment
- Laser plane(transit) knowledge
- Competancy and experience estimating jobs dealing with contracts and organization.
- Landscape plant and trees identification and planting techniques
- Pruning techniques
- Valid WI drivers license and dependable transportation
- 3+ Construction experience
- Fluent with construction tools (tape measure, levels, saws, shovels, etc.)
- Snow removal knowledge
- Mechanical Repair Knowledge (Fixing equipment, trucks etc)
