Helper, to do odd jobs, mechanically Inclined

Helper, to do miscellaneous odd jobs, mechanically Inclined to take care of things, caretaker, cut grass, shovel snow, cleaning, manual labor. I have more work than what I can handle. A good job for the right person who wants to work. Pays $15 an hour to start. Must have a driver's license and good driving record. Must be dependable and self motivated and have common sense. Looking for someone on a weekly basis. 10 to 15 hours a week, maybe more. ( If you are just between jobs) (that is not) (what I am looking for ). I am looking for someone to take care of things on a regular basis that can work around my hours. Someone to be around for a few years. The more you fit in and learn what needs to be done, the more you will get paid. If you have some computer skills to show me how to use my phone it would help and mechanical skills and common sense.
