In this role, you will be responsible for resolving and conducting services for RbA windows and doors, and Provia entry and storm doors.
Skills Needed and Expectations:
Possess a clear understanding of the Renewal by Andersen warranty and execute appropriate actions accordingly
Ability to utilize all tools, including tape measure, Sawzall, table saw, chop saw, nail gun, etc.
Deliver a high level of professionalism with our homeowners, while following established processes and procedures to efficiently close and complete services for window and door products
Complete and engage in any assigned training materials from Renewal by Andersen to enhance skills and knowledge (which may include, but is not limited to, passing onsite class with quizzes/tests, hands-on work, and offsite installation, lead and safety training)
Stay updated on Renewal by Andersen product specifications, installation processes, and any necessary changes
Job Requirements:
Ability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 6am-6pm
MUST possess a valid WI Driver’s License and have a good drivers record in order to drive a company vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess a high level of professionalism with customer service skills
At least two years of window installation experience
Previous service experience, knowledge of RbA and Provia products, all a major plus!
Technical and mechanical skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot
Ability to work in all weather conditions
