We have an opening at our Fond du Lac location for a Sales Associate that will handle all calls and customers that come in, that are inquiring about trailers, truck beds and trailer parts/accessories that we sell. Will assist customers on custom order out trailers. Must have good communication skills, able to work independently, be a self-starter, present themselves well for the public and have a good working knowledge of computers.
Must be able to work Mon.-Fri. 10am-5pm & Sat. 10am-2pm.
Position is Hourly + Commission. Opportunity to receive a monthly bonus if sales goals are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- SALES!
- Organizational skills & money handling
- Computer knowledge - Excel & Word is a plus
- Physically able to assemble some trailers when they arrive and able to lift 50 lbs. minimum
- Able to drive a fork lift and skid steer to move trailers
- Keep lot and office organized and clean
- Help customers with parts/accessories
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Prior sales experience is helpful. Selling of parts, truck beds, equipment and automotive knowledge is helpful. Must be somewhat familiar with trailers and how to hook them up to trucks. Knowledge of automotive wiring and basic mechanical skills is helpful.
