Pave Black Asphalt is hiring full-time Lutemen to join our paving crew in Appleton.
This is a high-responsibility role behind the screed. If you can lute with precision, finish clean lines, and know how to keep a mat tight — we want to hear from you.
✅ What You’ll Do:
- Rake and lute asphalt behind the screed
- Assist in compaction and mat finishing
- Maintain straight edges and smooth transitions
- Support a fast-moving crew with quality and pride
