Southern Cross, a sub-contractor for WEC Energy is seeking Field Technicians to service the Appleton/Menasha/Oshkosh communities and surrounding cities. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-PAID TRAINING PROVIDED! This opportunity can lead towards a rewarding career in the utilities and natural energy industries.
You will be trained to install/replace residential electric meters for our customers. We provide a company vehicle for daily use. For this position, you should be comfortable working independently, have an appreciation for the outdoors, and able to walk a few miles per day outdoors.
Starting pay is $16.00/hour PLUS Production Bonuses AND Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays to include Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Shift will work primarily Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7:30am-4pm) with occasional opportunities for overtime.
Requirements: Valid Drivers License, Clear UA Drug Screen & Must Pass a Background Check
