We currently have an opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Mechanic at our manufacturing plant located in Appleton, WI.HIRING IMMEDIATELYGREAT PAY! GREAT BENEFITS! GREAT CAREERS! Pay: $34.95Shift: 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule, 6a-6p/6p-6aYour Role:As a Shift Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for monitoring the condition of all plant equipment and other facilities and correcting various mechanical problems to keep us on track for our operation plans. You will have the opportunity to:
Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
Execute preventative maintenance as well as breakdown repairs
Perform mechanical troubleshooting to service and repair equipment
Train and assist production as needed for set-ups, adjustments, and basic repairs on equipment
Perform minor electrical work as needed with proper training – for example: unwire and rewire direct replacement parts, such as valves, photo eyes, small motors, etc.
Ultimately, you will be an incredibly important resource and will provide support for production and projects for safety improvements, overall equipment effectiveness improvements, and cost savings initiatives. Mechanical degree or certificate
Advanced skills in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting

Previous experience in maintenance
