Description We are offering an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. This role is a contract to hire employment opportunity that involves providing administrative support within a financial services firm. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of complex, highly responsible, sensitive and confidential office, administrative and secretarial duties.Responsibilities: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare presentations Use Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks Maintain and manage correspondence at the C-Suite level Handle documentation, confidential correspondence, confidential documents, and confidential secretarial tasks Create and prepare presentations as required Use skills in Calendar Management to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and meetings. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook Experience with CRM software Familiarity with Concur software Proficiency in managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments Ability to handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion Experience in preparing and creating professional presentations Familiarity with C-Suite level correspondence and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion High degree of professionalism and strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners.
