Answers and directs incoming phone calls.Key Responsibilities

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors using employee and department directories; giving wayfinding instructions.

Maintains security by following procedures and safety processes of Brewster Village.

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Contributes to team effort by assisting with special projects as needed.

Education/Certifications/Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or currently enrolled in High School required

Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred but not required
