Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: AssemblerLocation: Appleton, WIPay Range and Shift: $17 per hour & 1st or 2nd shiftWhat's the Job?

Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Balance the workload between target inventory and other production demands.

Check daily target inventory levels and manage job orders effectively.

Prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly production goals.

Order materials as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

What's Needed?

1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.

Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams.

Familiarity with MRD and material ordering procedures.

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Basic computer skills and good communication abilities.
