We are planning to build a small single floor home behind the Super Walmart in Martinsburg. We have already prepared the construction plans and we have had some input from the city. Some minor changes are required and some work needs to be done to get the final approval. We are looking for someone local. Ideally, we are looking for a draftsman or an architect who can physically submit the plans and could also do some construction supervision; but the supervision of the construction is not mandatory, if someone can just submit the plans and can get them approved, that would be sufficient too.
