Compiles and enters information for Home Equity Loan and Personal Loan applications including auto, recreational vehicles, cash-collateral loans and unsecured loans. Orders, obtains and reviews title reports, appraisals and flood reports as well as vehicle titles as needed. Identifies and resolves errors and/or discrepancies.CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS:

Ability to work independently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Orders title reports, appraisal and flood reports on all home equity loan products. Alternates the distribution of title, appraisal and flood orders to applicable markets to ensure satisfactory turnaround time and rotation. Interacts directly with title and appraisal attorneys and vendors. Works to resolve disputes on property reports and appraisals to ensure accurate data on all products/loans.
Reviews new Indirect Dealership credit applications and data. Inputs the applications into Decision Pro Application Processing system. Reviews accuracy and completion of conditions for documentation received from Banking Center for retail transactions. Tracks and follows up daily on deficient loan documentation.
Prepares approved loans for closing by calculating and entering all figures and data into the document preparation system. Prior to closing, reviews accuracy of documents and data to ensure loans are properly recorded and serviced. Reviews title work and check accuracy of names, legal description, liens, easements, restrictions and taxes.
Works closely with other Doc Prep team members to ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Works on special projects as assigned by Consumer Loan Document Processing AVP Manager or SVP Consumer Lending Manager.
Assists team members as needed; reviews indirect title report and missing documentation, contacts dealers and customers, reviews real estate title reports and appraisals, and follows up on missing documentation.
Prepares modifications, subordinations, allonges for all real estate secured loans.
Maintains familiarity and understanding of compliance and regulatory changes.
Continually reviews department function to ensure smooth interaction with Branches, Loan Operations and other internal departments.
Other duties as assigned.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
