Senior Accountant

 The purpose of this position is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, facilitate timely and insightful reporting, and guide the transactional finance team toward operational excellence. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the overall financial health and success of the organizationKey Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through account reconciliations, compliance checks, and error-free reporting.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including timely posting and review of transactions.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting policies.Support decision-making by analyzing financial data and delivering actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve financial operations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in transactional finance.Manage budgets, monitor working capital, and support audits with accurate documentation and explanations.
