Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Palm Beach, United States. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the sales counter while also assisting with warehouse operations.Greet customers and assist them with product selection, inquiries, and purchasesOperate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized sales counter and warehouse areaReceive, unload, and store incoming inventoryPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickupConduct regular inventory counts and reconciliationsAssist with loading and unloading delivery vehiclesOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate with team members to maintain an efficient work environment
