Data Centre Technician

We are currently looking for a passionate Data Centre Technician to join our highly skilled Melbourne facilities team.  In this role you'll support the Facility Manager with the day-to-day operations of our data centres by providing high quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.    This role will see you supporting the Facility Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the data centre by providing high quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.  Your Responsibilities will include: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Facility Rules and ensure adherence at all times Assisting with customer equipment and installations Delivery of cabling needs, electrical and data, to customer racks and areas Attending to Remote Hands Request ensuring they are delivered within the SLA Assisting with the maintenance of all core electrical and mechanical systems Assist in the production of various operational and customer reports Ensuring that facility problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner
