Procurement Manager

This role offers a range of $85,000 to $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.Seeking a strong negotiator and analytical, strategic thinker as a Procurement Manager!  This is a new position to add to a growing team!  This individual will lead & facilitate the procurement activities for a given set of goods to support INX & its affiliates. Owns the day-to-day management of a group of vendors and acts as the point of contact between the vendors and INX across multiple manufacturing sites and technical labs.As a Procurement Manager, you are responsible to:  Work alongside the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to develop, implement, and execute procurement strategies across the INX supplier base, including but not limited to sourcing and qualification of alternative suppliers. Stay current on global market trends of categorical commodities/materials; effectively translate trends into proactive risk, supply and cost controls.Collaborate directly with Operational branches, Corporate Supply Chain, Technical and Commercial teams to support strategic initiatives and fiscal health.Conduct periodic supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize procurement processes and supplier performance. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and scorecards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast production needs and plan for future demand.Negotiate contracts, terms & conditions with outside vendors with a focus on delivering internal favorability.Support ALL INX facilities by maintaining steady communication with key positions to best coordinate flow and use of materials between departments and manufacturing sites.
