TANF Case Manager Supervisor (816131)

In support of our TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) contract, the supervisor will:Manage rate of participant non-complianceHold weekly team meetingsSchedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterlyParticipate in monthly unit meetingsEnsure ongoing and open communication with staff and peersEnsure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contractReview comprehensive service plansEnsure that case managers are monitoring client’s progress toward goal of self sufficiencyOther duties as assigned
