In this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to develop and implement strategic plans for assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as work with leadership to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understand business objectives.

The Enterprise Analytics and Modeling - Risk Management - Director role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Direct the team responsible for determining business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise and assist leadership with developing a process to identify threats.Direct team efforts to evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise. Oversee information monitoring and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis and may assist with implementing updates and changes to the process. Direct efforts to document resolutions and control guidelines. Drive implementation of business strategies that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations. Provide 1st line of defense consulting related to Model Risk Mgmt Standard req’s, including risk tiering input and results. Assist in preliminary identification of Significant / Important EUCs, model types, and model determinations. Work with stakeholders on Internal Audit/Model Risk Mgmt engagements or model governance needs, pain points, and emerging issues. Coordinate with 2nd Line of Defense to disseminate policy and procedures updates, training, and provide formal interpretation and consultation. Provide review and recommendations representing the 1st line of defense for Model Risk Mgmt Policy & Standard updates. Partner, respond to needs, and ensure ongoing governance support for Model Mgmt Lifecyle Model Owners and Users. Support, coordinate, and provide model governance-related items for Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) exams and meetings as needed. Provide additional support requested by Modeling Areas (e.g., model-related RCSAs and Dodd Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) / Enterprise Regulatory Capital Framework (ERCF) governance).
