To report on what action has been taken upon his returnPERFORMANCETo type letters, reports and any other mailing or correspondence including memos in an efficient manner, to distribute or mail, keep copies in file, type menus, recipes etc.To answer calls according to hotel standardsTo keep Executive Chef’s agenda updated and remind him about appointmentsTo receive visitors and screen them, set up appointments after consulting with superiorTo update the kitchen utensil budgetTo update and distribute the ACCOR Safe Food and Hygiene Standards policies to all kitchen chefsTo check and record event order non conformanceADMINISTRATIONTo keep stock of stationary for the office, makes requisition if necessaryTo set up and maintain files according to the established system. To keep a trace file and inform the persons concerned about the due datesTo keep herself updated about all matters related to the F&B department and the hotelTo keep file of all kitchen staff by kitchen and screen their movements within the department and to inform the Executive Chef of the date of the staff’s birthday and appraisal statueTo keep the Chef office’s organisation chart updatedTo perform job assigned by the Sous Chefs / Chef de Cuisine / Executive Sous Chef only after the Executive Chef’s approvalTo keep the office tidy, clean and restricted to limited employeesTo monitor and file annual leave form and forward a copy to the personnel department
