Mover/packer/laborer

Looking for part-time to full-time movers. Job is year round, but the busy season is spring/summer. Would slow down and be part-time the rest of the year. Will accept workers that have other jobs as long as you are willing to give us your schedule so we know what days you are able to work. Work is VERY STRENUOUS LABOR as well as out in the elements! Will be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. Many jobs will have multiple flights of stairs. So, you not only must be able to carry 150lbs+ regularly, you also must be able to navigate stairs while doing so and be able to handle the physical labor. If you arent able to handle this extreme heat and are not physically in the required shape to perform the job continuously for sometimes 10-12 hour days then please don't waste yours or our time. We are an established labor-only moving company, and we are looking to add to our already strong team not put weak links in it. Starting pay is $15 an hour plus tips and you will be paid daily unless you request to be paid weekly. This is training pay, and once you move past the training phase of the job, there is opportunity to get a raise and that time period is 100% based off each individuals work ethic,attention to details, and how fast you catch on and can be counted on. Positions are available immediately, however, the hours are not going to be full-time most likely til it warms up for good.
