Alco Fence Company, a 50-year-old plus company in the Mid-Ohio Valley, is looking for a fence installer who ,like many of our employees, will stay so long they retire from our company.
No experience necessary but must have a drivers license. We are a drug free workplace.
Position has tremendous advancement. The applicant will start at $14/ hour. Alco will have a 90-day trial/ probationary period. After successfully completing 90 days, the applicant will receive a $1000 bonus.
The applicant will be trained to be a foreman which takes 4-6 months. Once successfully completing the training and becoming a foreman, the applicant will receive $18.00 hour. We also believe in merit and time of service raises to this rate.

Job description:
Alco Fence installs quality fencing in most of WV. The installer position requires employees to install small to very large jobs. We install chain link, wood, PVC, ornamental, and gate operators. Alco uses state-of-the-art equipment (when we can), but the position requires mixing concrete and installing all components of all our fencing.
We are able to drive to most job sites each day but occasionally we need to stay in a hotel. We do not ask for experience (we will teach that) but we do ask that the applicant understands people depend on us for security. Therefore, we need employees who are dependable and on time.
