This position will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be located at our Parkersburg, WV location.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Aligns on the schedule of maintenance work with Production Leader (ready to plan and ready to schedule work in SAP)

Aligns on scope of maintenance work with Maintenance Supervisor and Planner

Collects options/facilitates compromised solution discussion and authorizes reactive MRO solutions (expediting)

Financially authorizes and releases work orders that have been put on schedule by Production Leader (date set)

Gains decision from Maintenance on work to be resourced internally or externally

For maintenance work that is not Ready to Schedule (RTS), verify priority & revision if desired date cannot be achieved

Provides proposed schedule for regulatory inspection, test, and restoration work as defined for the asset(s) – PM work

Communicate maintenance activities to production organization to ensure proper preparedness (rate reduction, decontamination, lockout, etc.) – ensure alignment with Production Supervisor targets for week

Verify equipment readiness before deployment of maintenance resources on day of scheduled work execution

Validate acceptable completion of all steps of maintenance/engineering activities. Collects options, facilitates compromised solution discussion when activities fail to restore the asset appropriately

Aligns on schedule breaks with Production Supervisor and communicates impacts to scheduled work that will be moved outside of current week’s schedule (for rescheduling with Production Leader)

Facilitate timely turnover of equipment to Production Supervisor after Maintenance work as been completed

Review work order and ensure authorization of additional costs as needed to TECO work order

Create follow-up Notification for new scopes of work (if required) for PL review

Gains authorization for proactive MRO solutions change in inventory levels (loss production vs. inventory holding costs analysis) as supported by operations leadership

Responsible to obtain, maintain and report out on all applicable job related metrics

Coordinates Plan and Schedule business unit TAR or shutdown work

Leads maintenance planning & scheduling meetings to ensure P.L. plan for maintenance is on target for execution, aligns with P.L. if work not to be completed per plan

The following is required for this role:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent

5+ years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Experience with SAP or equivalent Manufacturing Operations software, in particular preventative maintenance planning work, ordering materials, working with maintenance plans and other related activities

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint; ability to quickly learn new systems

The following is preferred for this role:

High hazard/chemical experience

Maintenance outage experience

Experience with MS Project or P6 (Primavera)
