IRONFAB LLC an AISC certified fabricator with in house field erection crews is currently seeking a qualified individual with 10 years experience managing all aspects of steel renovation and new build projects including structural steel , stairs, railings, ornamental and misc.
Key Performance Objectives:
Shop/erection drawing review/checking/submittals
Field measuring and field coordination
Shop coordination / quality control
Troubleshooting /problem solving
Process and control all RFI's & change orders
Handles all job problems, disputes & dispute resolution
Distributes work to shop and field
Oversees job budget and all job related expenses
Oversees AISC certification program and all aspects of quality control
Job scheduling and direct coordination with customer
Estimating
Individual must possess the following qualities:
Vast knowledge of stairs & railing projects as well as renovation projects
Vast knowledge of steel detailing and layout
Organization

Compensation:
Negotiable pay based on experience
Competitive rates but no insurance or 401K offered at this time
1 week paid vacation after 1st year and 2 paid holidays
Overtime pay
