Head of Commercial Development

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Commercial Development within our Business Assurance division. This pivotal position requires an individual with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record of driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust growth strategy, motivating and leading the sales teams, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities: To lead the UK & Ireland Business Assurance commercial activities to generate new customers and new profitable revenues, as well as to manage existing commercial relationshipsTo lead and grow the UK Business Assurance Food, Customized Audits and Sustainability businesses.Create and implement a sales and Marketing strategy to meet business growth targets Manage commercial teams, providing support from them to achieve KPI's Negotiate contracts and pricing models against needs
