Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team. A qualified Trainer has:
Training Experience. you have 1 year of experience in training call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
Education. must have a bachelor's degree
This position requires that you safeguard classified information associated with the program and therefore the federal government requires a signed document consenting to a potential warrantless search of your office space at home. This is a requirement, and you can't be hired for this position without consent.
About this position:
Hybrid. this position requires travel to Clarksburg, WV. You must be within driving distance of the Clarksburg office.
Regular. this is a direct Tactis hire.

This position is contingent upon contract award. 1/30/2024
Conducts all contact center training activities. Trains contact center staff on the use and application of hardware and software tools. This includes the development and maintenance of training materials. All training is customer and contract specific training. This includes training on the use of all contract specific hardware and software. Includes training on workflow and form creation as required. Conducts all refresh training and training on new or modified procedures.
