Responsibilities of the position include conducting comprehensive follow-up assessments, providing healthcare staff with sepsis identification, assessment, and management education, actively participating in sepsis care and outcome improvement initiatives, and maintaining accurate and detailed documentation in adherence to hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or compact state/multi state
2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
EXPERIENCE:

5. Serve as a resource and provide education to healthcare staff on sepsis identification, assessment, and management.
6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to sepsis care and outcomes.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
