Job Description2nd Shift 4pm to midnightThis position will provide working supervision of TIMET's Raw Materials Processing & manufacturing operations during assigned shift as authorized by the Production Manager of Raw Materials Processing. Issue work assignments to Lead Operators as appropriate. Ensure that safety, product quality; personnel performance, operating parameters, and equipment maintenance meet established department goals and standards. Coordinate resources and manpower to maximize productivity and priorities and objectives.Education and Experience:

H.S. Diploma or GED, additional schooling preferred

Previous supervisory experience highly desired

Strong organizational and communications skills (verbal and written).

Strong math skills and a solid understanding of statistical data reporting.

Ability to prioritize workload

Interface with several organizational levels

Working knowledge of personal computers as well as Windows based software desired

Proficient in MITS shop floor transactions desired

RelocationRelocation is authorized for this position.
