Core Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
Process rental applications quickly and accurately
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process
Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
Monitor listing postings and advertisements
Assist property manager with tenant care and retention
Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Other Requirements
Available to work 8 hours every weekend (Sat/Sun)
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ascend/descend stairs and traverse uneven terrain
Transport up to 25 lbs
Use a computer for a full workday
Pay & Benefits
$17/hour + commission
Commission structure: Earn $75 for each successful move-in. If quarterly goals are exceeded, the commission increases to $150 per move-in for that quarter.
