Are you a jack of all trades, if so, our Engineering Supervisor role will allow you to lead and train engineering and
landscape team members in all technical and non-technical areas. This individual will be comfortable leading various projects from start to finish as well as focused on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems, including all H.V.A.C & R systems, laundry equipment,kitchen equipment, water and wastewater systems, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting, and minor automotiverepairs.Assume responsibilities of the Area Director of Engineering, and Chief Engineer in their absence.Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation systemRespond to all emergency or life-threatening situationsFollow established safety proceduresLog and communicate all essential information in the Engineering logsDuties include emergency on-call status
