Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in our office. This is NOT a REMOTE POSITION. This role will support daily office operations, help streamline communication, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage calendars and maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide support for various projects as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:
Experience with Quickbooks Online, OneDrive is a plus
Prior experience in the Construction field is a plus.
