Digital Marketing Strategist // Job Description
Children of Uganda is a US-based nonprofit working to empower Ugandan women
with income generating opportunities and educating vulnerable and orphan children.
We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Strategist to our team who can:
Serve as an exceptional problem-solver, looking for innovative ideas and solutions.
Create digital fundraising campaigns that produce measurable results.
Provide status reports for marketing campaigns.
Perform cross-functionally with others on our team.
Possess excellent writing and presentation skills.
Come up with multiple ways of solving a marketing challenge.
Assist in rolling out new marketing plan.
Proven communications and marketing experience.
Exceptional social media management skills.
Social media account optimization, and content development, remaining in alignment with current best practices and algorithm changes.
Working knowledge of website development and ongoing website updates.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree: Bachelors Degree (preferred)
Experience: 2-3 years in digital marketing
Language: Professional proficiency in written and oral English
Compensation:
This is a part-time role with approximately 20 hours per week to start. Pay is commensurate
with experience. Compensation package also includes:
Ongoing training and education
Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
