Regional Sales Manager – Retail  is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with our all type of business partners in our eco system such as Distributors , Sub distributors , Sika Shop, Point of Sales ( retailers ) & end users . This role involves strategic planning, managing relationships, setting targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. He/ She will also be tasked with identifying and reaching out to potential partners, and developing plans to increase revenue. The Channel Development Manager will work closely with the all Regional sales and marketing teams to ensure that all business goals are met. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Network mapping and identification gap in network. Retention of existing network Network  expansion plan as per potential of the market.Identify, develop, and expand relationships with business partners.Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals.Negotiate contracts and close deals with partners.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure business goals are met.Identify and reach out to potential partners.Develop plans to increase revenue.Identify and onboard new channel partnersProvide support and training to partners to ensure successManage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenueDevelop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goalsCollaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel effortsMonitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditionsCreate and manage channel partner budgets and forecastsDevelop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentivesMeasure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
