I'm looking for someone who wants to break into the Commercial Construction industry but don't know where to start?
If you're already a residential contractor who wants to get into commercial work this would be a great fit for you.
I already have an established commercial construction company, but I'm looking to restructure and bring in a partner to take on more diverse and larger projects.
If you have construction experience in residential, commercial, or industrial that's a plus but it's not required because I can teach you the ropes if your the right person. Experience in preparing proposals and takeoffs is a major plus but also not required.
Requirements:
Ability to travel
Professional attitude and demeanor
Clean background and driving record
Drug free
Ability to obtain WC, and other insurances if needed.
If you're a con artist, storm chaser, or someone who gives a bad rep for contractors move on. I don't cut corners, or do half-ass work. I'll see through you and expose you.
