Asset Engineer

We're seeking experienced Asset Engineers to join our dynamic team. As an Asset Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. We're looking for proactive problem-solvers who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to our organization's long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.Lead and manage teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring engineering requirements are clearly identified and visible.Ensure safe and compliant assets in line with HSEQ standards and relevant legislation.Forecast, identify and meet CAPEX and OPEX budgets demonstrating cost effectiveness.Investigating root causes of asset/system failures, and/or incidents to reduce costs or improve asset reliability.Provide technical support to the asset teams, via collaboration with functional specialists and ensuring continuous and effective relationships with all departments.
