Cartvertising at IndoorMedia is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager in training for the West Virginia zone. This zone covers Ashland KY, Charleston WV, Roanoke VA, and surrounding areas.
The RSMT (Regional Sales Manager in Training) must learn the policies and procedures that have been proven over the years of selling advertising on our shopping cart products.
During the training period you will learn what it takes to be successful in this business.
You will be working directly in the field so that you are making money as you learn. Starting out you will be an IC 1099 full commission sales representative.
Requirements to become the Regional Manager you must produce and prove you have the willingness to hire, train and manage the number of reps to meet or exceed the revenue goals of the zone. When this is accomplished, and you earn the position and you will become an employee of the company with benefits, insurance, 401K, and a lucrative bonus package.
IndoorMedia has contracts with all the major supermarkets across the US and Canada. Your primary job is to sell advertising space on our shopping cart programs. We accomplish this by calling on local businesses that are looking to grow and expand their business by putting full color billboard advertising on our shopping cart programs. We have customers that have been advertising with us for over 30 years plus. This is a renewal business so you will need to learn to build strong relationships with customer after they have purchased.
