Searching for an indepth housecleaner approx 10-20 hours per week. Must provide Valid Fed or State photo ID required.
$25-30 per hour paid per episode. Usually 2-3 per week.
You should know how to clean ! Deep cleaning woodwork - windows laminate wood floors, must be physically able to carry trash to street, reliable transportation is a must. We prefer start no later than 10 am indepth clean bathrooms. Laundry ( linens for each unit). General duties needed to clean a 1000 week short term rental . Flexible !
If you have lawn experience we can give you an extra 10 hours as all units have small patch of grass n pots of floweing plants
Long term assignment for the correct person.
